The transition to civilian life can be both challenging and exciting, and we’re here to help you navigate this next phase with ease. That’s why we proudly hire military Veterans and their spouses, and work with organizations that help military members find new careers.
We have a powerful sense of duty to our members—and our employees who have served. Helping Veterans, transitioning servicemembers and their spouses find meaningful work is part of our mission. We also aim to provide a more inclusive candidate experience by helping Veterans find employment opportunities that best align with the skills acquired during their military service. Candidates can easily search our career portal for a specific job title or military occupation specialty (MOS) code.

“For 20 years, I experienced the caring attitudes from the Contact Center or when taking care of business in a branch. When this opportunity came my way, I knew exactly where I wanted to go and become a part of that team I had known for years. They immediately made me feel welcomed, appreciated and they are eager to help me succeed in my new career with Navy Federal.

We were founded with a vision to provide affordable loans for military members. We continue that legacy today, earning honors for supporting the financial goals of servicemembers and their families.
We asked Veterans nationwide what they value most in a civilian career—like location, compensation or working at a purpose-driven organization. We then partnered with Hire Heroes USA® to identify industries and career paths that meet the values that matter most to servicemembers.
